Greenwich Association of Disabled People (GAD) in Partnership with Bromley Experts by Experience (X by X) are funded by Skills for Care to provide FREE training for Elderly / disabled employers and their Personal Assistants (aka PA’s, Carers and Care Workers). This is aimed at building the skills and expertise of ‘Individual Employers’ (self-funders are welcome!) and their PAs.
This project is open to Individual Employers living in: Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich. Our Disabled People’s Organisations will run monthly training sessions covering areas that Individual Employers have told us are important to them when recruiting and employing Personal Assistants.
For those who have booked places, reasonable travel expenses and support costs can be covered. Reasonable replacement support costs will be considered for individual employers whose personal assistants are taking part in the training.

Every meeting will open at
